Hello love, I'm Ashley!
I am a Sacred Intimacy coach. I've gone through the VITA Certification through the VITA Institute with Layla Martin. I’ve spent 600 hours taking a deep dive into love, sex, and relationships. I have helped over 30 women and men become intimate with themselves.
I am passionate about this work because it’s been my journey over the past 5 years.
I STRUGGLED to have the partnership, sex, and intimacy I wanted.
Everyone around me had a great partner and sex life. It was hard for me and I didn’t know why. I felt stuck and believed I would be alone forever.
When a boy broke my heart and I got real about the trauma I was carrying, I realized:
I've got to feel the pain I’ve been running away from. Otherwise, this will be my life forever.
I goggled, “How do I heal from sexual abuse?” and started feeling my unfelt pain. I spent 1000s of hours in practices feeling my unfelt pain.
Those hours invited me to come home to myself.
Those hours helped me see what a gift it is to know myself deeply.
Knowing myself deeply changed my life.
I am here now to show you how to know yourself deeply so you can call in the partnership, sex, and intimacy you desire with magic & ease.
