Hello love, I'm Ashley.
I am a Sacred Intimacy coach. I've gone through the VITA Certification through the VITA Institute with Layla Martin. I’ve spent 650 hours taking a deep dive into love, sex, and relationships. I have helped over 30 women and men become intimate with themselves.
I am passionate about this work because it’s been my journey over the past 5 years.
I STRUGGLED to have the partnership, sex, and intimacy I wanted.
Everyone around me had a great partner and sex life. It was hard for me and I didn’t know why. I felt stuck and believed I would be alone forever.
When a boy broke my heart and I got real about the trauma I was carrying, I realized:
I gotta feel the pain I’ve been running away from. Otherwise, this will be my life forever.
I goggled, “How do I heal from sexual abuse?” and started feeling my unfelt pain. I spent 1000s of hours in practices feeling my unfelt pain.
Those hours invited me to come home to myself.
Those hours helped me see what a gift it is to know myself deeply.
Knowing myself deeply changed my life.
I am here now to show you how to know yourself deeply so you can call in the partnership, sex, and intimacy you desire with magic & ease.
I was moved by the progress that I felt in our short time together. I appreciated Ashley’s combination of open-hearted intuitiveness and yet strongly focused energy. I got to play a role in guiding our sessions together, yet Ashley’s practiced knowledge and keen feeling/listening/space holding ability supported the progress we made. Regardless of what state of mind I had, Ashley helped me work with it in a way that kept things flowing. I also appreciated her ability to help me be in and listen to my body.
